A classic, hearty French stew made rich with a cabernet sauvignon wine. Beef, mushrooms and other ingredients are slow cooked to perfection. Served with horse-radish mashed potatoes and petit pois.

Very representative of French cuisine, braised chicken simmered in a white wine and garlic sauce - combined with fresh mushrooms and thyme. Served with wild rice and seasonal vegetables.
