A creamy pumpkin soup complemented with a dry sherry and a hint of West Indian curry powder. Garnished with sour cream and chives.
A classic, hearty French stew made rich with a cabernet sauvignon wine. Beef, mushrooms and other ingredients are slow cooked to perfection. Served with horse-radish mashed potatoes and petit pois.
Poulet au Vin Blanc
Very representative of French cuisine, braised chicken thighs simmered in a white wine and garlic sauce - combined with fresh mushrooms and thyme. Served with wild rice and seasonal vegetables.

Traditionally an English dessert - with our own unique take on this dish of layered port infused pound cake - topped with fruit - custard and whipped cream.
